Backblaze is a nifty little service that allows backups up your computer continuously to their servers. And, it has a nice little controller menu app, but sometimes you just want to use Alfred to free up your bandwidth by pausing it. Just type "backblaze" to pause for two hours.

Two added notes: (1) you won't be able to start the backup again for the two hours you pause with this workflow. That means that it won't start backing up if you tell it to do so via the menu bar app or the system preferences. (2) the Backblaze binaries do not provide much interaction, so, while I'd like to offer functionality to set the speeds and resume the Backups, the utilities do not make this possible.
