Features:

- Hotkey to visualize the difference between / optionally merge the first two files or folders selected in Finder.

- File Action to visualize the difference between / optionally merge the first two selected files or folders in Alfred (optionally select a third file to be used as an ancestor to both of the files).

Notes:

Currently, if more than two files are selected in finder or more than three in Alfred, only the first two or three are used respectively and the rest are ignored.
