Start a QuickTime recording with three simple, three-letter keywords:

• qta — audio recording
• qts — screen recording
• qtm — movie recording

Works perfectly on OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) and QuickTime 10.4. Movie recording requires you click the record button after the window appears.
