This Workflow helps to start or stop a session record in Audio Hijack 3

It uses the Cmd+R shortkey on the active session in Audio Hijack to to toggle the start or stop of a recording. Also, for two seconds the Audio Hijack session window is in focus before the workflow changes back to the previous app. So you can see, if the recording ist active or not.

Note: In Audio Hijack 3 app a session has to be opened first for the workflow to work. It is always choosen the first session window of the app.
