The 'addfav' keyword will get you started. Simply type it followed by the name of the file or folder you want to add. Alternatively, you can add favorites from the File Actions panel.

Use the keyword 'fav' to list your current favorites.

Use the keyword 'remfav' to remove a favorite. Again, the file actions panel can be used to achieve the same result.
