This workflow creates the Table of Contents (TOC) for the markdown file. 

Usage:

1. Copy the contents of markdown file to the clipboard.​

2. Type "toc" on Alfred.

3. This will create table of contents in the background and we can paste it now.

4. Go to the top of the markdown file and paste.
