To update your Workflow, do not submit a new one. Instead, edit the extant Workflow page. You can find the edit link on your dashboard, or you can click the "edit tab" when you view the Workflow on Packal.

To update, all you have to do is to upload a new Workflow file and change the version number. The new version will be put in the process queue, and, when it passes, then it will be publish and pushed to the repository. Do not edit the files in the Packal directory of the Workflow if they exist as the Friend System Bot will take care of that.

You can also change any other field of the Workflow, so you can change the description, upload a new icon, add new tags and categories. Do not ever change the Bundle ID as this will screw up many, many things. If you edit the Workflow page and do not upload a new Workflow file, then the changes will be published immediately.
