Workflow allowing for quick and easy creation of new support tickets in Zendesk. Users also have the ability to view a list of open tickets and change the status of those tickets all from Alfred.
To setup the workflow, enter 'zd setup' into Alfred and follow the prompts that will allow you to set your Zendesk domain, username, and API token.
- zd ticket <number> - Open the specified in your browser
- zd views - List all available views. Selecting one will show tickets in that view
- zd tickets - List recent tickets
- zd new - Create a new ticket
