zma

Add a meeting to your bookmarks. Enter zma <id> first. Alfred will ask you for the meeting-password (you can, but you don't have to enter one) and the name under which you want to save it.

zm

Join a zoom-meeting. Either enter the id directly or choose one of the suggested bookmarks.

zmd

Delete a bookmark. Alfred will suggest the meetings you can delete.
