This workflow let you to tag your current iTunes track by organizing them into folders Folder names are prefixed by @ and stored within Tags folder playlist in iTunes so no track metdadata modification neccessary to tag the track :)

You can change tags from Alfred list or power users can assign/remove multiple tags by writing a space delimited taglist.
